    Product Strategist & Storyteller

    I am a UC San Diego Rady School of Management Full-Time MBA graduate (June 2025) with a certificate in Design & Innovation, proven in entrepreneurship, product marketing, and product management. I have over seven years of leadership experience across startups, consulting, and growth-stage companies, consistently translating customer insights and market trends into tangible results.


    During my MBA, I founded Avia, a GenAI-powered stroke rehabilitation wearable and iOS app, which I developed during a competitive summer internship. In this role, I led a cross-functional UCSD team in shaping product positioning through user research, feature prioritization, and MVP development, and sparking investor interest with a compelling go-to-market story. Avia emerged from both personal experience and market need, earning acceptance into the UCSD StartR Accelerators and validating my ability to take a product from concept through MVP.


    My MBA journey has been defined by hands-on projects that mirror real-world challenges. Everything from being a student consultant for a leading semiconductor company and presenting our findings on healthcare AI market analysis, developing an AI-powered evacuation app, creating a go-to-market strategy for AllSaints, to prototyping new consumer applications. Each has sharpened my skills in product strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional leadership.


    I bridge strategy and execution in product marketing and product management, excelling at:

    • Translating ambiguous goals into clear objectives and roadmaps
    • Driving GTM positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets
    • Leading lean cross-functional teams under ambitious timelines
    • Applying KPIs such as retention, time-to-value, engagement, upsell/renewal, CSAT, churn, cart size, and AOV to measure and improve performance

    Resilient and driven, I transformed a personal health challenge into the foundation of my professional comeback, channeling my creativity, leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset into building solutions that matter.


    Pre-MBA Leadership

    Before my MBA, I held various senior leadership roles in the regulated cannabis industry:

    • Chief Strategy Officer, Phenotopia: I was an integral part of the local licensing process, and I completed a fully rebranded identity, which saved us 30% of the original branding agency's cost.
    • Chief Executive Officer, Sebastopol City Limits: Directed team through unanimous approval for the city's first distribution permit and developed and executed investor relations and fundraising strategies, securing our first new investor.
    • General Manager, 2one2 California: Managed daily retail operations and customer service protocols, improving task completion rates by 22%, achieving First Contact Resolution (FCR) of 85%, and implementing SOPs that lowered Customer Effort Scores (CES).

    In these roles, I combined strategic leadership and operational execution, driving growth while navigating a newly regulated industry.I am now seeking opportunities as a Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager, where I can bridge customer insights, market opportunities, and product execution to create meaningful impact.
